How to prepare:

• Pan-fried: 1cm slices, 3 min per side in a drizzle of olive oil
• Deep-fried: Sticks at 180°C, 4 minutes
• Baked: 200°C, 15 minutes, flip halfway through cooking
• Quantity: 80-100g per person · 500g is enough for 4 to 6 people as an aperitif
