Privileged Access — The First 100 Lakoum Customers
Some opportunities only come once.
Lakoum is today opening a first series reserved for a deliberately limited circle.
The first hundred customers will have access to a special privilege: immediate activation of the Lakoum Gold status, usually reserved for the most loyal customers.
This status will only be granted to the first 100 confirmed orders.
The Privilege of the First 100
The first hundred customers who place an order will automatically receive:
- • the Lakoum loyalty card
- • direct access to Gold status
- • 15% in a voucher on each future order
Important: The voucher does not apply to the first order, but to all subsequent orders.
Delivery
At Lakoum, free delivery is set at €80.
The loyalty program therefore naturally activates from this order level.
The Lakoum Loyalty Program
The Lakoum program is based on a simple and clear progression. Each customer enters a loyalty journey composed of several statuses.
Bronze
5% of the order amount is credited as a voucher usable on the next order.
Silver
10% of the order amount is credited as a voucher.
Gold
15% of the order amount is credited as a voucher.
Platinum
Customers reaching Platinum status receive a free Lakoum product with each order.
Special Feature for the First 100 Customers
The first hundred customers benefit from immediate access to Gold status, without passing through Bronze or Silver statuses.
They therefore directly benefit from: 15% in a voucher on each future order.
Once the 100 accesses have been granted, the Lakoum program returns to its normal operation.
