We deliver throughout metropolitan France, from Paris to Marseille, from Lyon to Bordeaux. Each region benefits from the same level of requirement in preserving the cold chain.
European Union
We also ship to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination (3 to 5 business days).
Corsica and French Overseas Departments and Territories

Delivery Times
Preparation of your order
Each order is carefully prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation. Our products are individually vacuum-packed and then placed in an insulated package.
Shipping in Metropolitan France
• Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch
• Express Delivery: 24 to 48 hours after dispatch (available upon request)
Shipping to European Union
• Average delay: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
• Tracking: Tracking number provided for all orders
Good to know: Orders placed before 12 PM are generally shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Each product is vacuum-packed to guarantee its freshness and optimal preservation.
2. Insulated package
High-performance insulated cardboard that maintains a constant temperature between 0°C and 4°C.
3. Cold accumulators
Refrigerant ice packs strategically placed for homogeneous cold distribution.
4. Additional protection
Bubble wrap and cushioning to prevent any shock during transport.
Freshness guarantee: Our packages maintain the regulated temperature for 48 to 72 hours, even in case of delivery delay.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing:
• Tracking number - To track your package in real-time

Package Receipt
Upon receipt of your package, we recommend that you:
1. Check the condition of the package - In case of apparent damage, report it to the delivery person
2. Immediately place in the refrigerator - Between 0°C and 4°C
3. Check the contents - Make sure all your products are present
4. Contact us in case of a problem - Within a maximum of 48 hours
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose my delivery date?
Currently, we do not offer fixed-date delivery. However, you can indicate your preferences in the order comments, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
What if I am not home for delivery?
The carrier will leave a delivery notice. Your package will be available at a relay point or post office for 14 days. Please note: the cold chain cannot be guaranteed beyond 48 hours.
Do you deliver to relay points?
To guarantee the cold chain, we prioritize home delivery. Delivery to a relay point is possible upon request, but we cannot guarantee optimal storage conditions.
My package is damaged, what should I do?
Take photos of the package and its contents, then contact us immediately at contact@lakoum.fr. We will find a quick solution (reshipment or refund).
