These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of deli products offered by LAKOUM on the website lakoum.fr.

Article 2 - Products

We offer a complete range of premium artisanal charcuterie, HQC (Halal Quality Control) certified, without E250 preservatives:

Dry sausages: Pepper, Comté AOP, Black summer truffle, Maquis herbs (140g)
Veal Coppa: with Pepper and Espelette Pepper (100g)
Chorizos: Mild and Strong (140g)
Exceptional Cured Meats: Bresaola, Cecina, Black Angus Beef Supreme, Dried Beef Rib, Dried Lamb Ham (100g)
Truffle Collection: Truffle Sliced Platter and black summer truffle creations
Gift Boxes: ready-to-offer selections (Mediterranean Trio, The Quartet, Iberian Box, and others)

All our products are handcrafted, aged using traditional French methods, and HQC certified at every stage of production.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 4 - Order

Any order implies acceptance of these GTC. The customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The sale will only be considered final after this confirmation has been sent and payment has been received.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made online securely. We accept credit cards and other payment methods offered on the site. The charge is made at the time of order confirmation.

Express Delivery (24h): €12.90
Free for purchases over €80

European Union:

EU Delivery (3-5 days): €14.90
Free for purchases over €120

International:

International Delivery (5-10 days): €24.90
Free for purchases over €150

Products are shipped with insulated packaging to guarantee freshness.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable goods. As our products are fresh food products, they cannot be returned.
