Ingredients (4 people)
- 80g of LAKOUM Hot Chorizo
- 1 baguette or country bread
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Fresh basil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation (10 minutes)
Step 1: Prepare the bread
Cut the bread into 1.5 cm thick slices. Grill them in the oven (180°C) or toaster until golden and crispy (5-7 minutes).
Step 2: Prepare the topping
Dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the basil. Mix in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Assemble
Rub the grilled bread slices with the halved garlic. Arrange the diced tomatoes on each slice. Add 2-3 slices of LAKOUM Hot Chorizo per bruschetta.
Step 4: Finish
Drizzle with a dash of olive oil. Add a few fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
