1. Perishable Food Products
Our products are perishable foodstuffs (fresh charcuterie). In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products.
Therefore, no returns or refunds can be accepted for reasons of hygiene and food safety, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.
2. Defective or Non-Compliant Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not in conformity with your order, we are committed to finding a quick solution.
Procedure to follow:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the product and packaging.
- State your order number.

3. Proposed Solutions
After reviewing your complaint, we may offer you:
- Product replacement: sending a new identical product.
- Full refund: if replacement is not possible.
- Credit for your next order: according to your preference.
4. Delivery Issues
Damaged package:
- Refuse the package if the packaging is visibly damaged.
- Contact us immediately to arrange a reshipment.
Package not received:
- Check your order tracking.
- Contact us if the package does not arrive within the indicated timeframe.
- We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
5. Refund Timescales
If a refund is accepted, it will be processed:
- Within 14 days after the request is accepted.
- Using the same payment method as that used for the order.
6. Legal Guarantees
You benefit from the following legal guarantees:
- Guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code)
- Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)
7. Quality and Freshness
We commit to:
- Shipping only fresh products of optimal quality.
- Using isothermal packaging to maintain the cold chain.
- Complying with expiration dates and hygiene standards.
8. Product Storage
To ensure the quality of our products:
- Refrigerate immediately upon receipt.
- Respect the indicated consumption dates.
- Store between 0°C and 4°C.
